Oh hey, I got paid today! The only problem is, now no one knows why or how. When I went into work this morning they told me they were still working on it, and were quite surprised to hear I'd received money. They're now trying to figure out how that happened. I'm just glad I can afford to by ham and detergent again.

(I didn't buy ham and detergent exclusively, they were just the first two things that popped into my head that I actually did buy today.)

Hey, has anyone ever had a testicle just decide to hurt a bit for no apparent reason? (TMI be damned, I've already made it the subject of my latest Facebook status update - my mum was so thrilled to be privy to such information.) I have already checked for swelling, and there is none, so it's not some kind of contorsion (although holy frijole, don't research testicle contorsion unless you have to - that shit is scary!) - it was just random twinging pain intermittently throughout the day.

If it continues throughout tomorrow, I'll make an appointment with a doctor; but to be perfectly honest I'm hoping I'll get a bunch of comments from people saying "oh no, I've had mysterious ball pain once or twice, and nothing came of it", and then I can stop worrying about testicular cancer and just buy looser underwear.
